Eva Mendes is an American model and actor. Her name was discovered by a talent agent who saw her talent and convinced her to pursue for a job within the entertainment business. She decided to drop out of college after a lot of thought to pursue the career path of entertainment. The film she made her debut in was the movie Children of the Corn V: Fields of Terror and she was dissatisfied with her performance. In order to prove her worth she acted in a variety of low-budget productions to develop her acting. The path of this actor was not easy, but the sheer determination and patience was rewarded. Her acting career began when she was able to earn praise, fame and acknowledgement for her performance for her role in Training Day.
